Cabin was dismantled in 197?.

In a Forests Department letter, dated 4th Nov 1970 it reads: "The temporay tower on Lindsays property is probably a luxury we cannot afford. It has an extremely restricted coverage at present and the infrequency of smokes of any description in the area it covers means that it does not give value for money. I consider it should only be manned on days of extreme fire danger or of poor visibility."

In a Forests Department letter, dated 30th Sept 1971 it reads: "This tower will assume more imortance when Pantation development in the Nannup Brook Valley (Folly Section E) is completed (by 1973)."

In January 2026, Bushy reported: "Not accessible. I believe it is now private property. There is a small sign referencing Delta Forestry."
