We received the following information from Ian Harris in Feb 2020: "I can affirm that the major fire tower was Mt Mackay, located on the High Plains with good coverage into the North east
& limited into Gippsland; Big Hill tower was a subsidiary, limited mainly to the Kiewa valley. Both organizations, FCV & SEC Vic worked closely together on all relevant fire issues."
